SUBJECT: Reporting

DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6 to take the following actions in MUR 6537: 1. Find no reason to believe that Club for Growth PAC and Adam Rozansky in his official capacity as treasurer violated the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended. 2. Dismiss the allegation that Jeff Flake for U.S. Senate, Inc. and Hieu Tran in her official capacity as treasurer violated 11 C.F.R. ยง 110.6(c)(2), pursuant to the Commission's prosecutorial discretion. 3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses and the appropriate letters, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated November 30, 2012. 4. Close the file.
