DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5-1 to take the following actions in MUR 6533:1. Dismiss, as a matter of prosecutorial discretion, the allegation that Perry Haney violated 2 U.S.C. § 432(e)(1) and 11 C.F.R. § 101.1(a).2. Dismiss, as a matter of prosecutorial discretion, the allegation that Perry Haney for Congress f/k/a Perry Haney for Congress Exploratory Committee and Terrance Snyder in his official capacity as treasurer violated 2 U.S.C. § 433(a).3. Find no reason to believe that Perry Haney for Congress f/k/a Perry Haney for Congress Exploratory Committee and Terrance Snyder in his official capacity as treasurer violated 2 U.S.C. § 434(a).4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated August 16, 2012, as amended by the edits previously circulated.5. Close the file.6. Approve the appropriate letters.
