SUBJECT: Reporting

DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6530: 1. Dismiss the allegations that Indiana Values SuperPAC, Inc. and Andrew Klingenstein in his official capacity as treasurer violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 433(a) and 434(g). 2. Find no reason to believe that Indiana Values SuperPAC, Inc. and Andrew Klingenstein in his official capacity as treasurer violated 2 U.S.C. § 434(a) by not filing a 2011 Year End Report. 3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis as recommended in the First General Counsel?s Report dated July 23, 2012, subject to the changes as previously circulated. 4. Approve the appropriate letters. 5. Close the file.
