The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6528: 1. Find reason to believe that Michael Grimm knowingly and willfully violated 11 C.F.R. § 110.20. 2. Find reason to believe that Michael Grimm for Congress and Nancy H. Watkins in her official capacity as treasurer knowingly and willfully violated 11 C.F.R. § 110.20. 3. Take no action on the allegations that Michael Grimm knowingly andwillfully violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30116(f) and 30122 in light of the statute of limitations on any relevant conduct. 4. Take no further action on the previous reason to believe findings that Michael Grimm for Congress and Nancy H. Watkins in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30104(b), 30116(f), and 30122 in light of the statute of limitations on any relevant conduct. 5. Enter into pre-probable cause conciliation with Michael Grimm and Michael Grimm for Congress and Nancy H. Watkins in her official capacity as treasurer, . . . REDACTED . . . 6. Take no action at this time with respect to respondents Michael Grimm, Ofer Biton, Yoshiyahu Yosef Pinto, and Mosdot Shuvah Israel Synagogue. 3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated October 30, 2014 and as last circulated by Commissioner Goodman's Office on April 15, 2015 at 4:56 P.M. and the Office of General Counsel's proposed edit to footnote 8 as discussed at the Table on April 21, 2015, and authorize the Office of General Counsel to make any necessary technical and conforming changes. 4.
