DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5-1 to take the following actions in MUR 6523: 1. Find no reason to believe that Wilford R. Cardon, Wil Cardon for U.S. Senate and Kevin Wolfe, in his official capacity as treasurer, Boa Sorte, LLC, Rio Claro, Inc., The Cardon Family, LLC, or Comerica Bank violated 2 U.S.C. ยง 441b(a). 2. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated July 11, 2012, subject to edits previously circulated and with technical and conforming changes. 3. Approve the appropriate letters. 4. Close the file.
