DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6514: a. Find no reason to believe that Make Us Great Again, Inc. and Paul Kilgore, in his official capacity as Treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a(a). b. Find no reason to believe that RickPerry.org and Salvatore Purpura, in his official capacity as Treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a(f). c. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated June 14, 2012, subject to the edits previously circulated. d. Approve the appropriate letters. e. Close the File
The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to reconsider the previous motion made in connection with MUR 6514.
The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the followings action in MUR 6514: a. Dismiss the allegation that Make Us Great Again, Inc. and Paul Kilgore, in his official capacity as Treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a(a). b. Dismiss the allegation that RickPerry.org and Salvatore Purpura, in his official capacity as Treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a(f). c. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated June 14, 2012, subject to the edits previously circulated. d. Approve the appropriate letters. e. Close the File.
