Simmons in her official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 439a(b). c. Dismiss the allegation that Build America PAC and Patsy A. Simmons in her official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 434(b)(1). d. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated February 15, 2013 subject to the edits circulated by Vice Chairman McGahn's office. e. Approve the appropriate letters. f. Close the file.
