Lund violated 52 U.S.C. § 30122 .c. Find reason to believe that F8 LLC violated 52 U.S.C. § 30122. d. Find reason to believe that Unknown Respondents violated 52 U.S.C. § 30122. e. Take no action at this time with respect to the allegation that Eli Publishing, L.C. violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30102, 30103, and 30104. f. Take no action at this time with respect to the allegation that F8 LLC violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30102, 30103, and 30104. g. Take no action at this time as to Restore Our Future and Charles R. Spies, in his official capacity as Treasurer. h. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated June 6, 2012. i. Authorize the use of compulsory process, as necessary. j. Approve the appropriate letters.
