DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to: 1. Find no reason to believe that RTTV America, Inc. and Ron Paul 2012 Presidential Campaign Committee, Inc. and Lori Pyeatt in her officialcapacity as treasurer violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a). 2. Dismiss the allegation that RTTV America, Inc. violated 2 U.S.C. § 441e and 11 C.F.R. § 110.20. 3. Dismiss the allegation that Ron Paul 2012 Presidential Campaign Committee, Inc. and Lori Pyeatt in her official capacity as treasurer violated 2 U.S.C. § 441e and 11 C.F.R. § 110.20.4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated May 9, 2013 with edits last circulated by Commissioner Weintraub's Office on May 20, 2014 and authorize the Office of General Counsel to make corresponding edits including those applicable to the Factual and Legal Analysis for Respondent Ron Paul 2012 Presidential Campaign Committee, Inc. and Lori Pyeatt in her official capacity as treasurer. 5. Approve the appropriate letters. 6. Make any technical and conforming edits. 7. Close the file.
