DISPOSITION: The Commission decided on a vote of 5-0 to: 1. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis for Working Families Campaign Committee and Mary Rydingsward in her official capacity as treasurer as recommended in the Memorandum to the Commission dated January 22, 2013. 2. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis for CT Working Families Federal PAC d/b/a Take Back Congress CT and Timothy Sullivan in his official capacity as treasurer as recommended in the Memorandum to the Commission dated January 22, 2013, subject to the edit as circulated by Vice Chairman McGahn's office. 3. Approve the appropriate letters.
The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions: 1. Find no reason to believe that the CT Working Families Federal PAC and Deborah Noble, in her official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 432(e)(4) and 441a(f) with respect to the registered name and the receipt of reimbursement issues in this matter.2. Find no reason to believe that Working Families Campaign Committee and Mary Rydingsward, in her official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a(a) in submitting reimbursements for allocable federal activity. 3. Direct the Office of the General Counsel to draft and circulate, on a tally vote basis, a Factual and Legal Analysis that reflects these no reason to believe findings. 4. Close the file in MUR 6480 in concert with the closing of the file in ADRs 606 and 608.
