The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to assign PRE-MUR 521 to the Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution with the expectation that given the unique circumstance at issue in this matter, the Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution will provide the Commission with a progress report before finalizing a recommended resolution.
to take the following actions in MUR 6475: 1. Accept the conciliation agreement with Andrew J. McCrosson, Jr., as recommended in the General Counsel?s Memorandum dated October 17, 2012. 2. Approve the appropriate letter. 3. Close the file as to Andrew J. McCrosson, Jr.
The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6475: 1. Enter into conciliation with Andrew J. McCrosson, Jr. prior to a finding of probable cause to believe. 2. Approve the conciliation agreement with Andrew J. McCrosson, Jr. as recommended in the Second General Counsel?s Report dated August 28, 2012 with the edit as previously circulated and pursuant to the meeting discussion. 3. Approve the appropriate letter.
The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following actions in Pre-MUR 521 and MUR 6475: 1. Take no action at this time with respect to LoBiondo for Congress and Nancy H. Watkins, in her official capacity as treasurer. 2. Find reason to believe that Andrew J. McCrosson, Jr. knowingly and willfully violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 432(c), 434(b) and 439a(b). 3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel?s Report dated October 14, 2011. 4. Authorize the use of compulsory process in this matter, including the issuance of appropriate interrogatories, document subpoenas, and deposition subpoenas, as necessary. 5. Approve the appropriate letters.
