Enter into pre-probable cause conciliation with the Commission on Hope, Growth and Opportunity. c. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis and Conciliation Agreement as recommended in the Third General Counsel's Report dated September 24, 2015, as circulated by the Chair's Office on September 30, 2015. d. Approve the appropriate letter.

The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to approve the Subpoenas to Produce Documents to Bank of America, N.A. for records pertaining to Meridian Strategies, LLC and SunTrust Bank for records pertaining to New Day Media Services, LCC; and the Subpoena to Appear for a Deposition to Michael H. Mihalke, as recommended in the Memorandum from the Acting General Counsel dated August 27, 2015.
The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to approve the Subpoenas to Produce Documents and Orders to Submit Written Answers to Karen Boor and New Day Media Services, LLC and The New Media Firm, as recommended in the Memorandum from the Associate General Counsel for Enforcement dated August 19, 2015.

Find reason to believe that the Commission on Hope, Growth and Opportunity violated 52 U.S.C. § 30120 (formerly 2 U.S.C. § 441d) by failing to provide the appropriate disclaimer on its advertisements. d. Authorize the use of compulsory process in this matter.
a. Find reason to believe that the Commission on Hope, Growth and Opportunity violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104 (formerly 2 U.S.C. § 434) by failing to report the communications at issue in the report. b. Take no action at this time that the Commission on Hope, Growth and Opportunity violated 52 U.S.C. § 30120(a)(3) (formerly 2 U.S.C. § 441d(a)(3)) or 52 U.S.C. § 30120(d)(2) (formerly 2 U.S.C. § 441d(d)(2)). c. Take no action at this time that the Commission on Hope, Growth and Opportunity violated 52 U.S.C. § 30102, 30103, and 30104 (formerly 2 U.S.C. §§ 432, 433, and 434, respectively) by not organizing, registering, and reporting as a political committee. d. Authorize the use of compulsory process as to the alleged violations of 52 U.S.C. § 30104 (formerly 2 U.S.C. § 434) that are the subject of the RTB finding. e. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis circulated by Vice Chair Ravel's Office at 11:19 am on September 16, 2014, as discussed at the Table. f. Approve the appropriate letters. g. Direct the Office of General Counsel to inform the Commission of any offer by the Respondent to engage in pre-probable cause conciliation.
