Find reason to believe that the Empire State Regional Council of Carpenters violated 2 U.S.C. § 432(b)(2) and 11 C.F.R. §§ 102.6(c)(4) and 102.8(b).3. Find reason to believe that Empire State Regional Council of Carpenters PAC- Federal and William Banfield, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 432(b)(2) and 11 C.F.R. §§ 102.6(c)(1) 4. Find reason to believe that Empire State Regional Council of Carpenters PAC- Federal and William Banfield, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 434(b). 5. .......
