DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6 - 0 to take the following actions in MUR 6466:1. Accept the conciliation agreement with Robert Aderholt for Congress and Jeff Mobley, in his official capacity as treasurer, as recommended in the General Counsel's Memorandum dated July 18, 2012.2. Approve the appropriate letter.3. Close the file.
The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in Pre-MUR 511:1. Open a MUR.2. Find reason to believe that Robert Aderholt for Congress and Jeff Mobley, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. ยง 434(b).3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated February 22, 2011.4. Authorize the use of compulsory process in this matter, including the issuance of interrogatories, document subpoenas, deposition subpoenas and orders.5. Approve the appropriate letter.
