DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6465: 1. Take no further action and close the file with respect to Gary Husk. 2. Take no further action and close the file with respect to Shawn Schoeffler.3 . Close the file with respect to Anthony Aguilar, Scot Asher, Peggy Eyanson, Lee Eyanson, Jamie Fields, Jay Fields, Susan Junker, Mary McGlynn, Monica Simental, and Richard Wisneski. 4. Approve the appropriate letters. 5. Close the entire file.
The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6465: 1. Accept the conciliation agreement with John H. Junker, as recommended in the General Counsel's Memorandum to the Commission dated April 30, 2013, and close the file as to him. 2. Approve the appropriate letter.

Find reason to believe that The Arizona Sports Foundation, dba The Fiesta Bowl, knowingly and willfully violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441b(a) and 441f in connection with the alleged reimbursed contributions. 2. Dismiss the allegation that The Arizona Sports Foundation, dba The Fiesta Bowl, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a) by using corporate resources and facilities to host fundraising events for federal candidates.3 . Enter into conciliation with The Arizona Sports Foundation, dba The Fiesta Bowl, prior to a finding of probable cause to believe, .......... REDACTED .......... .4. Find reason to believe that John H. Junker knowingly and willfully violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441b(a) and 441f. 5. Authorize compulsory process. 9. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated November 21, 2011 with edits as previously circulated and with the technical edit pursuant to the meeting discussion. 10. Direct Counsel to proceed in accordance with the discussion at the table.
