DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6456: 1. Find no reason to believe that Liberatore for Congress Committee and Louis Baglietto, Jr., in his official capacity as treasurer, and Philip Liberatore violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a(f).2. Find no reason to believe that Kimberly Lepins violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a(a)(1)(A). 3. Dismiss the allegation that Liberatore for Congress Committee and Louis G. Baglietto, Jr., in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 434(b). 4. Close the file and, approve the appropriate letters.
