DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6446:1. Find no reason to believe that the Rotary Club of Coos Bay-North Bend, Oregon, Peter DeFazio, or Peter DeFazio for Congress and Robert Ackerman, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a).2. Find no reason to believe that DeFazio for Congress and Robert Ackerman, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 434(b).3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated July 7, 2011, subject to the edits to the Factual and Legal Analysis for DeFazio for Congress and Robert Ackerman, in his official capacity as treasurer, and Congressman Peter DeFazio as previously circulated and amended at the table.4. Approve the appropriate letters.5. Close the file.
