DISPOSITION: The Commission failed on a vote of 3-3 to take the following actions in MUR 6441: a. Find reason to believe that one or more Unknown Respondents violated 2 U.S.C. § 441d and 11 C.F.R. § 110.11 by failing to include the appropriate disclaimer information on its disseminated mailers. b. Authorize the use of compulsory process in this matter, including the issuance of appropriate interrogatories, and document subpoenas, as necessary.
