Find no reason to believe in MURs 6401 and 6432 that the Governor Heineman Committee violated 2 U.S.C. § 441e.4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses in MURs 6401 and 6432, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated May 19, 2011.5. Approve the appropriate letters.6. Close the files in MUR 6401 and MUR 6432.
