DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5 - 1 to take the following actions in MUR 6425 1. Find no reason to believe that Ed Martin, Ed Martin for Congress and Randall J.McArthur, in his official capacity as treasurer, and SaveAB.com for America violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a).2. Dismiss, as a matter of prosecutorial discretion, any violations of 2 U.S.C. § 441a(a).3. Dismiss, as a matter of prosecutorial discretion, any violation of 2 U.S.C. § 434 by Ed Martin for Congress and Randall J. McArthur, in his official capacity as treasurer, and send a cautionary letter. 4. Dismiss, as a matter of prosecutorial discretion, any violation of 2 U.S.C. § 441d by Ed Martin for Congress and Randall J. McArthur, in his official capacity as treasurer, and send a cautionary letter. 5. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated June 20, 2011 with edits previously circulated and with edits pursuant to the meeting discussion.6. Approve the appropriate letters.7. Close the file.
