Find reason to believe that American Future Fund violated 52 U.S.C. § 30102 (formerly 2 U.S.C. § 432), 52 U.S.C. § 30103 (formerly 2 U.S.C. § 433), and 52 U.S.C. § 30104 formerly 2 U.S.C. § 434). b. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated January 17, 2013. c. Authorize the use of compulsory process in this matter. d. Approve the appropriate letters.
