DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 4-1 to take the following actions in MUR 6383R: 1. Dismiss the allegations that the Ohio News Organization, the Akron Beacon Journal, the Toledo Blade Company, the (Canton) Repository, the (Cleveland) Plain Dealer, the Columbus Dispatch, the Cincinnati Enquirer, the Dayton Daily News, the (Youngstown) Vindicator, Fisher for Ohio (terminated) and Lee Fisher in his official capacity astreasurer, Portman for Senate Committee and Natalie K. Baur in her official capacity as treasurer violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a) and 11 C.F.R. § 110.13. 2. Approve the Factual & Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated April 3, 2013. 3. Approve the appropriate letters. 4. Close the file.
