DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 4-1 to take the following actions in MUR 6376: a. Dismiss the allegations that Lori Edwards violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b.b. Dismiss the allegations that Lori Edwards Campaign Committee and Lori Edwards, in her official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 434(b) and 441b.c. Dismiss the allegations that the Polk County Supervisor of Elections Office violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b.d. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses with edits previously circulated by Commissioner Weintraub.e. Approve the appropriate letters.f. Close the file.
The Commission decided by a vote of 4-1 to take the following action in MUR 6376:a. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis for the Polk County Supervisor of Elections Office as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated February 22, 2011 subject to edits analogous to those edits previously circulated for the Factual and Legal Analysis for Lori Edwards, Lori Edwards Campaign Committee and Lori Edwards, in her official capacity as treasurer.
