DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to:1. Dismiss the allegations that the Tea Party [Florida] violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30125(b), 30103, 30104, 30120, and 11 C.F.R. § 110.11 in an exercise of its prosecutorial discretion. 2. Find no reason to believe that the Tea Party [Federal] and Frederic B. O'Neal in his official capacity as treasurer violated the Act or Commission regulations as alleged in this matter. 3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis as last circulated by the Chair's Office on May 21, 2015 at 1:24 p.m. and authorize OGC to make any necessary technical and conforming edits. 4. Approve the appropriate letters. 5. Close the file.
