SUBJECT: Disclaimer; Reporting

DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6332:1. Dismiss MUR 6332.2. Close the file. 3. Approve revisions to the General Counsel's Report as follows: a. changes to the EPS boilerplate dismissal language at the beginning of the Report subject to edits previously circulated and pursuant to the meeting discussion; b. edits as previously circulated with respect to the end of the Report; c. deletion of the remainder of the sentence that appears after the citations on line 10 of page 4. 4. Approve the appropriate letters with edits, pursuant to the meeting discussion, for the letter to the committee in the third sentence, middle paragraph, to read: The Commission reminds you and the Committee, pursuant to 2 U.S.C. § 441d(a)(1) and 11 C.F.R. § 110.11 concerning the inclusion of appropriate disclaimers, to take the steps to ensure that your conduct is in compliance with the Act and Commission regulations.
