PAC and Stephen Montes, in his official capacity as treasurer, as recommended in the General Counsel's Memorandum dated April 27, 2011.2. Take no further action as to William J. Carbone.3. PAC and Stephen Montes, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 434(b).c.
