The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6315: 1. Find reason to believe that Alvin M. Greene violated 2 U.S.C. § 432(e)(1). 2. Find reason to believe that Alvin M. Greene for Senate violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 433(a) and 434(a) and (b). 3. Authorize the use of compulsory process in this matter, including the issuance of interrogatories, document subpoenas, and deposition subpoenas. 4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis as recommended in the First General Counsel?s Report dated December 22, 2010 subject to edits previously circulated. 5. Approve the appropriate letters.
