Find reason to believe that Gregory Brown for Congress and Carol Bausinger, in her official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 433(a), 434(a), and 434(b), and 11 C.F.R. § 104.12.3. Find no reason to believe that Gregory Brown violated 2 U.S.C. § 434(a) and close the file as to him.4.
