DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6311 : 1. Find no reason to believe that Americans for Prosperity violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 433 and 434.2. Find no reason to believe that Americans for Prosperity violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a.3. Find no reason to believe that Americans for Prosperity violated 2 U.S.C.§ 441b.4. Find no reason to believe that Americans for Prosperity violated 2 U.S.C. § 441d(a).5. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated January 19, 2011 subject to previously circulated edits.6. Approve the appropriate letters.7. Close the file.
