Woocher, in his official capacity as Treasurer, and Daniel Lowenstein violated 2 U.S.C. ยง 441i(e)(1)(A) and (B). 2. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated October 18, 2010 3. Approve the appropriate letters. 4. Close the file.
