Find no reason to believe that Ron Weiser; the Michigan Republican State Committee and Carl Meyers, in his official capacity as treasurer; Ken McKay; Michael Steele; and the Republican National Committee and Randall Pullen, in his official capacity as treasurer violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a(f).b. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated January 31, 2011.c. Approve the appropriate letters.d. Close the file.

The Commission approved by a vote of 5 - 0 to: Find no reason to believe that Albert Berriz; Paula Berriz; Gaylen Byker; Thomas Celani; Vicki Celani; Michael Ferrantino; Kellie Ferrantino; Michael Jandernoa; Susan Jandernoa; John Kennedy; Nancy Kennedy; Robert Lynas; Joyce Lynas; William Parfet; Robert Thompson; William Young; and Vivienne Young violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a(a)(1).b. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated January 31, 2011 with edits as previously circulated by the office of Commissioner Weintraub. c.
