DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6269: 1. Find no reason to believe that Mike Montandon for Governor violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441a or 441b and dismiss the allegation that Mike Montandon for Governor violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441i(f)(1) or 434(c).2. Find no reason to believe Danny Tarkanian violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441a or 441b.3. Find no reason to believe Tarkanian for Senate and Chrissie Hastie, in her official capacity as Treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441a or 441b.4. Find no reason to believe Steve Wark and Image and Design violated the Act.5. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated August 18, 2010, subject to changes previously circulated and any necessary technical amendments.6. Approve the appropriate letters.7. Close the file.
