DISPOSITION: The Commission voted 5-1 to take the following actions in MUR 6263: 1.) Find no reason to believe that The Committee to Re-Elect Artur Davis to Congress and Byron Perkins, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. ยง 439a. 2.) Find no reason to believe that Artur Davis 2010 or Katie Baker violated the Act. 3.) Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the First General Counsel?s Report dated August 20, 2010. 4.) Approve the appropriate letters. 5.) Close the file.
