DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0, on an amended pre-meeting tally, to take the following actions in MUR 6256: 1. Find no reason to believe that Michael Babich violated 2 U.S.C. § 432(e)(1) and 11 C.F.R. § 101.1(a).2. Find no reason to believe that Michael Babich violated 2 U.S.C. § 441d and 11 C.F.R. § 110.11(a) by failing to include a disclaimer on a website.3. Dismiss the allegation that Michael Babich violated 2 U.S.C. § 441d and 11 C.F.R. § 110.11(a) by failing to include a disclaimer on campaign material distributed by hand.4. Find no reason to believe that Michael Babich violated 11 C.F.R. § 102.5(a)(2) and 102.15.5. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, subject to changes pursuant to the meeting discussion, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated August 4, 2010.6. Approve the appropriate letter.7. Close the file.
