The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6246: 1. Find no reason to believe that Charles C. Brennan and Dollar Loan Center, LLC, violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441f, 441a(a) or 441b(a). 2. Find no reason to believe that Robert Brennan, Judi Brennan, Bruce Cooey or Carla Cooey violated 2 U.S.C. § 441f. 3. Find no reason to believe that Porter for Congress and Chrissie Hastie, in her official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441f, 441a(f), or 441b(a). 4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated June 14, 2010. 5. Approve the appropriate letters.
