DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take no further action in this matter and close the file, but caution the Respondents to file future reports timely and accurately in accordance with the Act, and approve the proposed Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the General Counsel's Memorandum dated January 6, 2010.
The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in RAD Referral 09L-16:1. Open a matter under review.2. Find reason to believe that Fannie Lou Hamer Federal Political Action Committee and Edwin K. Washington, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. ยง 434(a)(4)(A)(i) and (iii).3. Instruct the Office of General Counsel to make modifications to the Factual and Legal Analysis, pursuant to the meeting discussion.4. Approve the appropriate letter.
