DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0, on an amended pre-meeting tally, to: 1. Close the entire file.2. Approve the appropriate letters.
The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6215: 1. Accept the Signed Conciliation Agreement with Tate Snyder Kimsey Architects Ltd. and J. Windom Kimsey, and close the file as to them, as recommended in the General Counsel's Memorandum dated October 6, 2010. 2. Approve the appropriate letters.
The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6215: 1. Find reason to believe that Tate Snyder Kimsey Architects, Ltd. violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441b(a) and 441f. 2. Find reason to believe that J. Windom Kimsey violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441b(a) and 441f. 3. Dismiss the allegation that Christopher Fenton violated 2 U.S.C. § 441f and send a cautionary letter. 4. Dismiss the allegation that Peggy Memering and Shelly Lyons violated 2 U.S.C. § 441f and 11 CFR § 110.4(b)(iii) and send cautionary letters. 5. Find no reason to believe that William Snyder, Michael Alcorn, Robert Boyle, Dwayne Miller, Greg Gordon, Daniel Knott, Bruce D. Bowman, Alan Locke, John Gautrey and Maizie Pusich violated 2 U.S.C. § 441f. 6. Find reason to believe that Tate Snyder Kimsey Architects, Ltd. violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a) and 11 CFR §§ 110.6(b)(2)(ii) and 114.2(f). 7. Find reason to believe that Windom Kimsey violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a) and 11 CFR § 114.2(f).8. Find reason to believe that Tate Snyder Kimsey Architects, Ltd. violated 2 U.S.C. § 441c. 9. Take no action at this time with respect to the recommendation to find no reason to believe that Friends for Harry Reid and Claude Zobell, in his official capacity as Treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441f. 10. Take no action at this time with respect to the recommendation to find reason to believe that Friends for Harry Reid and Claude Zobell, in his official capacity as Treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a). 11. Take no action at this time with respect to the recommendation to find reason to believe that Friends for Harry Reid and Claude Zobell, in his official capacity as Treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 434(b)(3)(A).12. Authorize the Office of General Counsel to enter into conciliation with Tate Snyder Kimsey Architects, Ltd. and J. Windom Kimsey, prior to a finding of probable cause. 13.
