DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6212: 1. Find no reason to believe that Lewis M. Oliver, III and Orange County Republican Executive Committee and Ronald Bass, in his official capacity as Treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441b and 434(b). 2. Find no reason to believe that Lewis M. Oliver, III violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 439a and 432(b)(3). 3. Find no reason to believe that Hillsborough County Republican Executive Committee and Paul M. Phillips, in his official capacity as Treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441b and 434(b).4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated March 1, 2010. 5. Approve the appropriate letters.6. Close the file.
