Take no action at this time with respect to Krikorian for Congress and Nathan Bailey, in his official capacity as Treasurer, and David Krikorian.e. Authorize the use of compulsory process, including interrogatories and subpoenas duces tecum, as necessary.f. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated August 4, 2010.g. Approve the appropriate letters.
