Find no reason to believe that Madison County Democratic Central Committee violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441a(f) or 441b(a).3. Find no reason to believe that SimmonsCooper LLC or Lakin Law Firm P.C. violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441a(a) or 441b(a).4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated October 28, 2009.5. Approve the appropriate letters.6. Close the file.
