Find reason to believe that 21st Century Democrats and Bill Combs, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 434(b)(1)- (5), (8) and 11 CFR §§ 104.3(d), 104.11(a) and 104.11(b).4.
