DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6 - 0 to take the following actions in MUR 6159:1. Dismiss the allegation that BCEA violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a).2. Dismiss the allegation that Saadia Hunter, BCEA, AEA or the NEA Fund violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(b)(3)(B).3. Dismiss the allegation that Saadia Hunter, BCEA, or the NEA Fund violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(b)(3)(C).4. Dismiss the allegation that BCEA, Saadia Hunter, or the NEA Fund violated 2 U.S.C. § 441f.5. Dismiss the allegation that AEA violated 2 U.S.C. § 441f.6. Direct the Office of General Counsel to revise the Factual and Legal Analysis pursuant to the meeting discussion and circulate the revised version for Commission approval.7. Approve the appropriate letters.8. Close the file.
