Find no reason to believe the National Organization for Women PAC and Latifa Lyles, in her official capacity as Treasurer, violated the Act.3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated June 15, 2009.4. Approve the appropriate letters.5. Close the file.
