Dismiss the allegation that Steve Scheffler and the Iowa Christian Alliance violated the Act in connection with the e-mail newsletter dated September 12, 2008.2. Find no reason to believe that the Iowa Christian Alliance violated 2 U.S.C. ยง 441d.3. Find no reason to believe that Steve Scheffler and the Iowa Christian Alliance violated the Act in connection with the e-mail invitation dated September 14, 2008.4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated June 30, 2009, subject to the revisions previously circulated to the appropriate Commission staff.5. Approve the appropriate letters.6. Close the file.
