The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in Audit Referral 08-07:1. Open a MUR in AR 08-07.2. Find reason to believe that Cranley for Congress and Todd H. Dittrich, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a(f).3. Find reason to believe that Cranley for Congress and Todd H. Dittrich, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 434(b).4. Find reason to believe that Cranley for Congress and Todd H. Dittrich, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a(a)(8).5. Authorize pre-probable cause conciliation with Cranley for Congress and Todd H. Dittrich, in his official capacity as treasurer.6. Approve the proposed conciliation agreement, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated August 6, 2008, as amended by the General Counsel's Errata Memorandum dated September 24, 2008.7. Approve as the Factual and Legal Analysis the Report of the Audit Division on Cranley for Congress, dated April 23, 2008.8. Approve the appropriate letters.
