Authorize the Office of General Counsel to file a civil suit for relief in the United States District Court against Craig for U.S. Senate and Kaye O'Riordan, in her official capacity as treasurer, and Larry E. Craig. 2. Approve the appropriate letter.
The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following action in MUR 6128: a. Find probable cause to believe that Larry E. Craig and Craig for U.S. Senate and Kaye O'Riordan, in her official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 439a(b).

Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated May 4, 2009, subject to revisions pursuant to the meeting discussion. 3. Circulate for Commission approval, on a 48-hour no-objection basis, any recommendations for the use of compulsory process in this matter. 4. Approve the appropriate letters.
