DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5 - 0 to take the following actions in MUR 6120:1. Find no reason to believe that the Republican Campaign Committee of New Mexico and John Chavez, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a(a).2 Find no reason to believe that the Freedom's Watch, Inc. violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a(a).3. Find no reason to believe that Darren White, Darren White for Congress and Angie McKinstry, in her official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a(f).4. Find no reason to believe that the Republican Campaign Committee of New Mexico and John Chavez, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a(f).4. Find no reason to believe that the Republican Campaign Committee of New Mexico and John Chavez, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a).5. Find no reason to believe that the Freedom's Watch, Inc. violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a).6. Find no reason to believe that the Freedom's Watch, Inc. violated 2 U.S.C. § 433.7. Find no reason to believe that the Republican Campaign Committee of New Mexico and John Chavez, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 434(b).8.
