Find no reason to believe that the Republican National Committee and Tim Morgan, in his official capacity as treasurer, and Governor Sarah Palin violated 2 U.S.C. § 439a(b)(2)(B) and 11 C.F.R. §113.1(g).2. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the General Counsel?s Report dated April 16, 2009.3. Approve the appropriate letters.4. Close the file as to all respondents.
