The Commission decided by a vote of 4 - 1 to: Take no further action as to Heller for Congress and Elisabeth Ballinger, in her official capacity as Treasurer.
The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6101:1. Find reason to believe that November Inc. violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a).2. Find reason to believe that Foundations Inc. violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a).3. Find reason to believe that Autumn Productions violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441a(a)(1) or 441b(a).4. Take no action at this time with respect to NI Operations.5. Find reason to believe that Heller for Congress and Elisabeth Ballinger, in her official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441a(f) or 441b(a).6. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated April 6, 2009.7. Circulate for Commission approval, on a 48-hour no-objection basis, any recommendations for the use of compulsory process in this matter.8. Approve the appropriate letters.
