The Commission failed by a vote of 3-3 to: a) Find reason to believe that Americans for Limited Government Research Foundation, Americans for Limited Government, Inc., and Howard Rich, Chairman of Americans for Limited Government violated 2 U.S.C. § 438(a)(4) and 11 CFR § 104.15(a). b) Open an investigation. c) Send the appropriate letters.
The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to close the file in MUR 6096 and send the appropriate letters.
